1. When does open enrollment start and end?
Open enrollment is from Nov 1 until Dec 15
2. Can I still apply for health Insurance after the due date?
Only if you qualify for a special enrollment
3. What qualifies a person for a special enrollment?
If you recently added a new member to your family, pregnancy, divorce or marriage
4. Where can I enroll for Insurance?
You can enroll directly on our site under the Obama Care Tab, by clicking the enroll now link, or you can call our office and make an appointment.
5. How do I change my address with the Market Place?
You can login directly to your market place account and you can do a life change and simply change the address or you can call us directly for further assistance
6. Can I move states and still stay with the same plan?
Every State has different plans and different Insurance Companies. If you moves states you must re-enroll with in the new State you are moving into.
7. How do I pay for my insurance?
You can login to your insurance portal and make a payment, set yourself up on auto pay or mail a check once you receive your monthly bill by mail. You can also call the Insurance Co. and make a payment by phone.
8. How can I upload documents to the market place?
You can upload direct in your portal, If we were the ones to enroll you with your Insurance we can help you upload the documents requested
9. I received a letter from Market Place that they cancelled my subsidury, what can I do?
This letter is probably because the market place has been trying to contact you, asking for proof of residency, Income or something else. If you did not reply on time, the Market Place can cancel your subsidiary ( the help given too you to help you pay for your insurance).
10. What qualifies a person for a special enrollment?
To apply for an appeal please contact our office directly for an appoint so we can go over your account and we can help you file the appeal.
